한국임업진흥원 남원임산물교육센터와
평창임산물교육센터에서
"산약초재배와 가공 현황"에 대해
강의하셨습니다.
약용작물 관련 비영리단체에서 근무하는 동안
축적된 현장 경험을 토대로
당귀, 오가피, 황기, 하수오, 지황, 두충 등
시장에서 많이 유통되는 산약초를 중심으로
재배와 가공실태, 시장현황을 소개하고
향후 산약초를 이용한 다양한 제품개발 등
미래의 부가가치 산업으로서의
청사진을 제시하셨는데요.
이날 교육수강생은
각 과정 당 20여명으로
산약초나 산채류를 재배할 계획이 있는
농업인•임업인들로,
요즘 주목 받고 있는
산약초에 많은 관심을 보였으며
특히 산림형 예비사회적기업으로서
많은 활동을 하고 있는
이풀약초협동조합 사례에 주목하고,
교육과정 수료 후 지역내에서
협동조합 결성 의지를 보이기도 하였습니다.
